Replacing Doors, Windows or Deck?

The age of your windows is a good indicator of when they need replacing. While old windows might still be functional, there's a good chance they're not very efficient. Windows that are over 20 years old should be replaced.

If doors are outdated, not functioning properly, warping, or damaged, it may be time to replace. Door replacements will save money on your energy bills and reduce maintenance. Door replacements also contribute to peace of mind as you improve the safety and security of your prized possessions and loved ones.

High amounts of rot indicate it's time for a deck replacement. And even a little wood rot that goes unchecked will eventually require you to invest in an entirely new deck. If you notice wood rot, take immediate action to see how far the rot has spread. If it is localized, remove the affected wood and replace it.
