Francis started his real estate career in San Diego, California, by providing property management services for the commercial properties of a 1+ Billion-dollar real estate investment firm, Pacifica Enterprises. While at Pacifica, he helped manage assets with a combined value over $250MM.

 

In 2019, he supervised the construction of single family-homes and founded Waveleone Real Estate Services, LLC to provide a wide spectrum of real estate services with a focus on project management.  

 

In 2020, he project managed on a ground up multi-family development and partnered with Vanderblue at Higgins Group Private Brokerage to service clients in Fairfield County, CT. Francis provides real estate consultant services for investors and clients in the Northeastern Region of the US. He continues to run and manage Wave Window Cleaners, LLC while establishing WRES, LLC to capitalize and deliver the upmost quality service to clients and partners.

Francis is a value-creating professional and has an innovative mindset with the pursuit to better the local communities.

He holds a B.A. in Economics from Syracuse University and is an active member of the National Association of Realtors, North San Diego County Association of Realtors, Bridgeport Board of Realtors, and CT Real Estate Investors Association. He was ranked within the Top 10 Realtors on Social Media in Stamford, CT on Property Shark.

Having a competitive drive, Francis played on the Italian National Lacrosse Team. His love for the water brought him to San Diego where he surfed, played beach volleyball, and went boating. Growing up in Fairfield County,  CT, he decided to make the cross country trip back east to establish his company and be closer to family.

Julie is President of The Higgins Group, a 12 office, 400 agent Private Brokerage, and CEO of The Vanderblue Team, a Top Producing Power Team in Connecticut. With 22 years committed to Real Estate, Julie has created a unique combination of specialists dedicated to raising the standards that consumers should not only expect, but should demand from their Realtors.

With a background in Strategic Marketing, she combines her leadership skills, entrepreneurial spirit, creativity, love for helping others, and strong work ethic to differentiate herself, her company, and her team in this very competitive industry.

Having grown up in Fairfield County, Connecticut, Julie received a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Connecticut where she launched her first of 3 successful businesses. Her passion for travel, adventure, and networking led her to many places throughout the country that she called home including Boston, California and Colorado.  Her love for the Northeast brought her back to Connecticut where she lives happily with her husband and three children for the last 25 years.
