Remodeled a 1000 sf condo on a tight deadline of 1 month, which was completed on time and on budget. The project included; ​

• Remodel 1 full bathroom to be ADA compliant

• Remodel kitchen & replace appliances

• Replace closet doors

• Replace front door

• Update electrical lighting throughout

• Skim coat ceiling to remove popcorn ceiling

• Replace all flooring with LVP

• Install trim throughout
